Stan Heidmann, Treasurer
Stan and his wife, Allison, are parents to five kids — three in college and 17-year-old twin daughters — and have called Purcellville home for the past three years. They’ve grown to love everything Loudoun County has to offer, from hiking and biking on the W&OD Trail to discovering new wineries and breweries across the region. Life stays full, but they make time to enjoy the pace and beauty of Northern Virginia. Professionally, Stan has spent over 20 years in executive roles — including CEO, CFO, and Managing Director — leading organizations through transformation, growth, and cultural change. He’s built a career helping teams and boards tackle complex challenges, with a focus on strategy, finance, and people.

A mother of six, she skillfully balances her family life with her career, bringing a unique perspective to her work. As a long-time resident of Purcellville, she is committed to promoting local initiatives and fostering connections among community members. When she's not writing or reporting, you can find her exploring local events, enjoying the outdoors, or volunteering with various organizations. Cristina's mission is to inform, inspire, and empower through the power of effective communication.
Marycel Tuazon, Board Member

Marycel is passionate about community service and is excited to contribute to the revitalization of Purcellville’s Main Street. When she’s not having coffee at Doppio Bunny or thrifting in town, you may find her riding her bike on the W&OD trail.
Richard Beard, Member at Large
